The Rescue Plan
Here’s exactly how your donations will be used to protect farmland, fund legal action, and preserve America’s disappearing wild spaces—one project at a time.
Goal 1: Fund Legal Action to Protect Fort Edward Farmland
Goal: $20,000
The first and most urgent step in America’s land rescue begins with Fort Edward, New York, where hundreds of acres of farmland and habitat are being targeted for industrial solar development.
Your support will fund environmental attorneys to challenge the project, represent local citizens, and ensure the land’s protection through lawful, transparent means.
This $20,000 goal will cover initial legal retainers, case research, and filings — the foundation of a precedent-setting defense for America’s land.
Updates will be posted to our publication on Substack, as well as to my social media.
Goal 2: Hire Environmental Attorneys to Defend Additional Threatened Lands
Goal: $24,000
After Fort Edward, we will expand our legal defense work to other communities facing industrial encroachment. These funds will secure legal representation and environmental consulting for cases across New York and beyond, where farmland and forests are at risk from sprawling solar and wind complexes.
Your support ensures that when corporations target rural land for profit, we’re ready to fight back — immediately and effectively.
Goal 3: Establish the National Land Defense Fund
Goal: $30,000
This fund will serve as the backbone of our legal and environmental response network — a reserve dedicated to rapid-response legal action wherever land is threatened by unsustainable development.
Donations to this fund will allow American Land Rescue Fund to mobilize attorneys, experts, and environmental researchers quickly — ensuring that no rural community faces a corporate project without representation or support.
Goal 4: Acquire and Protect Threatened Land
Goal: $40,000
To truly rescue America’s land, we must also own and safeguard it. This goal will allow the American Land Rescue Fund to purchase parcels of threatened or transitional land, placing them under permanent conservation or restoration management.
This land will serve as living proof that renewable energy and ecological preservation can coexist — when guided by transparency, balance, and stewardship, not profit.
Goal 5: Establish the Farmland Disaster Relief & Rapid Response Fund
Goal: $35,000
Every week, more family farms are forced to sell their land under pressure from industrial developers and foreign-backed solar corporations. Once those contracts are signed, the land — and its habitat — are gone for good.
This fund will allow American Land Rescue Fund to act immediately when farmland or ecologically important land is in danger of being sold for industrial use. With your support, we can step in before corporations do — purchasing at-risk acreage, covering urgent legal fees, and securing the property for long-term conservation and pollinator restoration.
This is our emergency rescue fund — the safety net that lets us move faster than the destruction.
